Once the keys have been handed over, the premises need to be looked after, as often first impressions influence people’s judgement. This is often not considered, as it is now business as usual.
However, any building failure can affect the reputation of your business. By calling on the people who built the premises, they are able to respond to your queries and react if there are any problems, also by sequencing in work in advance, for example refreshing paint work in the surgeries, this can be done to ensure there is little disruption to your business.
